The past year has been filled with much intensity, with many people ready to turn the page on 2020 and welcome 2021. While there is nothing magical that happens when the clock strikes midnight and 2020 is in the rearview, it is an opportune time to start or renew our intentions to experience life mindfully. Join us for a virtual Mindful X gathering where we will begin with a brief mindfulness based mental exercise, followed by a discussion on New Years' resolutions & expectations, and conclude with a brief guided meditation.

All experience levels (including zero) and faiths (or non at all) are encouraged to attend!
