Ambiguity

We all value a clear, timely answer in daily life, but can it be that much of living life fully and connecting with others authentically is about how we work with ambiguity?
The beloved Rilke advised a young, ambitious poet: “be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they are locked rooms, like books that are written in a very foreign language. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer”
What are some questions from your life that you have not found the answer for?
What does ambiguity feel like to you when first getting to know a person?
Can embracing “not knowing” give us a sense of freedom?
Where do you draw the strength to deal with ambiguity?
What questions would you ask your younger / older self?
What about ambiguities in (your) political life?
We invite you to join us for a two-hour-session of sharing and playing gracefully with ideas!
