Join Me for a One-on-One Mindset Coaching Session!
What to Expect:
- First 15 minutes – We’ll introduce ourselves, and if you’re new to coaching, I’ll explain how it works.
- Next 30 minutes – We’ll have a deeper conversation about a challenge or goal that’s on your mind. Together, we’ll create a plan or solution that helps you move forward—whether it’s about coping better or performing at your best.
I encourage vulnerability in our sessions, but I also understand that opening up can be difficult, especially in a first meeting.
If you feel hesitant or need more context before diving in, reach out to me beforehand. In such cases, I’ll take extra time to explain coaching in detail and may ask you to fill out a few forms to help me understand where you’re coming from.
