Join us for a cozy meetup where we will explore how to handle triggers and practice mindfulness together. Whether you're just starting out on your journey of self-awareness or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome.
What to Expect:
-Understanding Triggers: We will talk about what triggers are, and why we get triggered.
-Managing Triggers Mindfully: Learn practical tips and a helpful mindset to handle triggers and stay balanced.
-Meditation Session: We will sit together for a small meditation practice.
-Open Space for Sharing: After our planned activities, we’ll have time for spontaneous sharing, questions, and open discussion.
We will be sitting on yoga mats, drinking tea, and eating snacks. So make sure you wear something comfortable to fully enjoy your time :).
The only thing you have to bring with you is an open mind! ;)
