Join us for a cozy meetup focused on exploring the journey of self-love and acceptance. Whether you're just beginning your path toward self-compassion or have been practicing for a while, everyone is welcome.

What to Expect:

  • Exploring Self-Love and Acceptance: We will begin with a short introduction on self-love. How it affects us and its reflections in our lives.
  • Self-Reflection Exercise: You'll be invited to reflect on what you find challenging to accept about yourself. Together, we'll set the intention to let go of what no longer serves you and open up to a more aligned version of yourself.
  • EFT Tapping for Acceptance: We will practice Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping as a powerful tool for fostering acceptance and healing.
  • Meditation for Self-Love: Experience a guided meditation designed to cultivate deeper self-love and compassion.
  • Open Space for Sharing: After our exercises, we’ll have time for open sharing, questions, and discussion.

We will be sitting on yoga mats, drinking tea, so make sure you wear something comfy to relax and make the most of the experience!
