Welcome to Mindset Mondays!
We meet every Monday at 8pm AEST/AEDT (Melbourne time) on Zoom for a 30 Minute mindset and personal development enhancing session.
Each week has a different theme such as Confidence, Overcoming Fear, Inner Peace, Personal Growth, Decision Making, Forgiveness etc.
The session layout is:
- 5 Minute talk about the topic of the week.
- 10 Minutes of journaling exercises to explore the topic.
- 15 Minutes guided meditation/visualisation based on the topic.
After the 30 minutes you can either leave or stay on for a little bit to discuss anything that comes up or just to chat. We have some great discussions!
You don't need to have your camera on or say anything.
As we all have busy lives, and there are many distractions fighting for your attention, it's good to develop a practice honing the most valuable tool you have, your mind. This way you can keep your attention where you want it.
Each of the sessions is designed to make you think, to explore some new ways of thinking and to explore ways to bring calmness to your mind.
Listening to inspiring ideas, journaling to explore your mind and direct it, and meditation, are all great ways to become the master of your destiny and not a victim of your circumstances.
Each session is led by me, David Keith Turner, and I am a Mindset Transformation Coach. I help Ambitious Optimists set and achieve worthy goals through mindset shifting and habit building.
As I've been in many paid group courses, programs, coaching sessions and events, I know the power a weekly call with other likeminded people can be! Especially those that are guided and serve a purpose.
