Mindset Mondays Breathwork Experience

45-Minute Guided Online Session with Special Guest Host Sam Tyrrell.

This special edition of Mindset Mondays is an invitation to experience the breath as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit.

So many people try to change their thoughts without first changing the state of the nervous system beneath those thoughts. The breath offers a direct path inward — helping us move stagnant energy, regulate stress, quiet mental noise, and access greater clarity, presence, and aliveness.

Session Flow
1. Grounding & Arrival (5 mins)
We begin with simple breathing and presence practices to help you land in the body, arrive in the moment, and settle into the space.

2. The Breath as a Tool for Transformation (10 mins)
A short practical talk on how the breath shapes the nervous system, emotional state, mindset, and inner world. We’ll also cover technique, safety, and how to approach the session.

3. Guided Breathwork Journey (15 mins)
A powerful conscious connected breathing practice designed to help clear internal static, awaken energy, release tension, and open space for insight and renewal.

4. Integration, Sharing & Q&A (15 mins)
Time to reflect, ground, ask questions, and share anything alive for you from the experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This style of breathwork can be powerful and may not be suitable for everyone. Please reach out beforehand or take a gentle approach if you have any of the following:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy / seizures
Cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure
History of stroke
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Recent surgery or major injury
Glaucoma / detached retina
Diagnosed bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe psychiatric conditions
Severe panic disorder or unmanaged anxiety
Any condition that may be aggravated by intense breathing
You are always encouraged to listen to your body, slow down, pause, or rest at any time.

Closing Invitation
No experience needed — simply come as you are, with a willingness to breathe, feel, and explore what becomes possible when the body is invited into the healing.

About this weeks Host

Sam Tyrrell is a facilitator, coach, and guide devoted to helping people create real transformation from the inside out — not through endlessly thinking harder, but through learning to work wisely with the body, breath, and nervous system.

His core embodied tools for change are breath, embodied dance, and strength training — three powerful pathways that help people release stored stress, reconnect with vitality, build confidence, and return to a more authentic expression of self. Sam’s work bridges grounded science with deeper inner exploration, drawing from neuroscience, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and inner child healing.
