Hey, my name is Brian Siegal and I’m a mindset and confidence coach who works with entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and leaders around the world helping them break through internal limitations, build confidence, and take aligned action in their lives and businesses.
Over the years I’ve facilitated workshops and coaching sessions internationally across the U.S., Europe, Southeast Asia, and India, including workshops for communities like Soho House and teams connected to companies such as Amazon and Twitter.
My work blends mindset coaching, identity work, nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, NLP, and practical action-taking tools designed to create real transformation, not just temporary motivation.
One of the biggest things I’ve found is that most people are not actually held back by lack of information. They’re held back by the stories, beliefs, fears, and identity patterns running underneath the surface.
You can know exactly what to do and still avoid taking action, procrastinate, play small, or constantly second guess yourself. This work is powerful because it helps people uncover the hidden patterns shaping their lives so they can stop operating from fear, self-doubt, and old conditioning and start creating from a place of confidence, clarity, and alignment.
This workshop is designed to help you identify the beliefs and internal narratives that may be quietly limiting your growth, confidence, relationships, creativity, or business.
Through practical exercises, reflection, mindset tools, and guided coaching prompts, you’ll begin to recognize where you may be unconsciously holding yourself back and what it looks like to step into a more expanded version of yourself. You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, actionable tools, and a deeper understanding of how to create lasting internal change instead of short-term motivation spikes.
Session Flow
1. Grounding & Arrival (5 mins)
We begin with a quick introduction, house keeping, interaction and preparation to get the most out of the session.
2. The hidden patterns behind confidence AND self-doubt (10min)
A practical and engaging talk covering:
- Why mindset work alone often isn’t enough
- How identity and belief systems shape behavior
- Why people procrastinate, self-sabotage, overthink, or stay stuck
- Real examples of personal transformation through this work
- The difference between knowing something intellectually vs embodying it emotionally
3. Guided Coaching/Reflective Exercise (20 mins)
Participants will go through:
- A guided self-reflection exercise
- Identifying limiting beliefs or identity patterns
- Reframing exercises around confidence and self-perception
- Journaling prompts and emotional awareness work
- Practical tools to shift internal narratives
4. Integration, Sharing & Q&A (15 mins)
- Attendees can share reflections or breakthroughs
- Open coaching-style Q&A
- Practical guidance around applying the work to real life
- Final takeaways and integration
IMPORTANT NOTE: The session begins at 8pm AEST and no admittance after 8:05pm!
This session is a journey and if you come late, you won't know what we're doing we cannot explain everything again. If you want to come, please, be on time to avoid disappointment.
