We'll move through gentle flows and guided energy work right on the lakefront (with the most gorgeous view of the city, truly magical).
Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been practicing for years, this class meets you exactly where you're at.
Bring a mat, water, and an open mind. Leave the stress, the to-do list, and the having to be a billion places at once behind.
