Individualism and Collectivism are two social philosophies studying the characteristics of individuality and collectivity in the society as well as their interactions and, effects of one on another, positive and/or negative.
The two contrasting concepts could be easily identified and discussed with observations and studies of different nations, cultures, religions, etc. Around the world.
An interesting fact in discussing the above topic is that one can not refrain from examining INDIVIDUALITY & CONFORMITY as possibly two inherent factors attached to both individualism and collectivism.

This Saturday, our Marathon discussion event will concentrate on the above topic however, I will open breakout rooms from the beginning for other proposed topics as well as a social Happy Hour room.
