After attending Introduction to the Conscious & Unconscious Mind, you've witnessed how to change your mind in an instant. We're going to build on this and teach you more strategies and tools.
Would you like to understand the science behind procrastination and motivation, and how to build effective productivity and habit development? Much like the philosophy of Everest Base Camp, we teach you the basics in real-time so that you can replicate the situations of your actual trek.
This series is an introductory sprint to Brain Training. You and your cohort will discover and focus on a personal goal, and experiment with new mindshift tools over the span of 3-weeks. Some topics that we will cover include Procrastination, Motivation, Productivity, and Habit Development.
3-Weeks
- Meet once a week for 90-minutes (3 Classes, 8:30 - 9:30 AM PT / 10:30 - 12:00 PM CT / 11:30 - 1:00 PM ET)
- Format: Instruction, Interactive, Sharing, & Experiential
Post-Sprint
- One 60-minute cohort check-in each month, for two-months (2 Classes).
