In 2022 as we take that quantum leap forward we might also be conscious of that social, economic, and technological crossroad that’s changing the way business is done forever.

The currents of change called ‘megatrends’, the global shifts that impact our society and the way we do business are the forces that have been shaping our personal and business lives and the socio-economic norms of tomorrow. Megatrends span a wide range of areas, from AI and robotics to climate change and globalisation.

They may be considered beyond our control, but it is within our power to understand them and take a proactive approach to considering the implications they may have on our businesses (and business goals). Will they be disruptive – yes, but they may also present opportunities.

The theme for this month’s entrepreneurs meetup is megatrends. From the rise of the millennials to changing work environments to earth resource scarcity and more, over dinner and drinks we’ll discuss how megatrends impact our own day to day decisions as entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Meetup venue is a fun and cozy English pub hidden away in the alley ways of Sydney CBD. Called the duke of Clarence and well known by those who know for their roasts and other decidedly British fare, it’s a nice change of scenery from the usual hip Sydney bars where Minerva club will hold its 3rd event on the first Wednesday of July 2022

As it is a popular venue the usual booking fee per person rules apply so any cancellations or no shows please take note as payment will be required. Please rsvp at your soonest if you’re in so we may secure a table reservation.
