One of the few undeveloped barrier islands covering 3,000 acres. This narrow barrier island stretches for 10 miles between the restless Atlantic Ocean and the historic Barnegat Bay. Activities include fishing, swimming, sunbathing and surfing. The island contains the state's largest osprey colony, as well as peregrine falcons, wading birds, shorebirds, waterfowl and migrating songbirds, heron and red fox.

Afterwards, we will head over to SEASIDE HEIGHTS and take a leisurely walk on the boardwalk. There, you can grab a bite to eat, enjoy a cool cocktail, try some clams on the half shell, enjoy a creamsicle ice cream cone, waffles with ice cream, Pizza or whatever your heart desires!
