Formed in 2019 by lifelong Philadelphia‑area musicians, Pure Petty is led by Jimmy Mannix, whose vocal tone and stage presence mirror Petty so closely that fans often do a double‑take. He’s joined by top‑tier musicians — including his brother Joe on drums — and the incredible Kathy Mattson, whose Stevie Nicks duets (“Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around,” “Insider”) are absolutely mesmerizing.

Close your eyes and you’ll swear you’re hearing the real thing. Open them… and you still might be fooled.
