Presidents' Day Forest Bathing Greenhouse Event

Enjoy a Forest Bathing/Forest Therapy Session in the warmth and beauty of a Duluth, MN Greenhouse! Those who are curious about this global practice can register on their own or sign up with a friend, partner, or child/grandchild. Family Friendly. Special partner and heart-centered invitations will be offered in honor of this post Valentine’s Day event.
Show yourself some love by slowing down and engaging your senses to naturally boost your overall mood and health. Abundant Wellness offers gently guided connections between the ordinary and sacred. The event will conclude with tea and light snacks.
Preregister early as this session is limited to 10 participants and is expected to fill quickly. $35 per person for this 2.5 hour session. Youth registered with an adult receive a $5 Winter Break Discount! Your guide, Barbara Miron, is a UMD graduate and a Certified Forest Therapy Guide.
