A gentle 6 mile stroll taking in the old Tempsford WW2 airfield and with a stop at the fascinating Tempsford Barn, with WW2 RAF memorabilia. Meet at The Thornton Arms pub at 10.30 for a prompt start.
A mixed walk on muddy paths and road so wear appropriate footwear. Some short inclines.
If you’d like to bring sandwiches/drinks/cakes we will be making a short stop at the Tempsford Barn around halfway. Bring water.
Finish by joining us at The Thornton Arms pub for drinks which you pay for yourselves. By signing up for this event you take responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing whilst on the event. Parking is free on the road next to the pub.
