Greensand Ridge c.5 mile walk & pub

Starting at layby (Maulden Wood carpark) 1 mile North of Clophill roundabout on A6. Meet at middle of car park.

We will take a leisurely walk through Maulden Woods then loop onto the Greensand Ridge Walk heading into Maulden and the lovely old George Inn pub for a drink. Then we will head back along part of the Greensand Ridge again and other woods to carpark.

Bring water and snacks. Wear proper walking attire. Decent pace, not military march but not sauntering either. Walk and chat pace. All ages and abilities welcome. Come and enjoy nature, led by Nick and Daniela.
Please note that this walk is not led by a qualified leader and, as such, is not covered by insurance. Be sure to wear suitable boots and clothing.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for any injuries, however caused. Members are expected to take responsibility for their own preparation and safety, including adequate fluids, weather protection and a snack. No public toilets on route.
