1. The Transition from Traditional to Modern Testing by Conor Fitzgerald
Conor has presented this talk at conferences such as the Romanian Testing Conference '22 and TestBash X Edinburgh 22.
In this talk, Conor will emphasize the importance of transitioning from traditional to modern testing, including his own painful lessons over the past 15-plus years.
The story involves moving from test executor, to test partner and influencer.
This Model can be used to model the transition of individual testers or teams evolve through in a company with a maturing Quality Culture.
2. Unpeeling the Onion of Uncertainty by Rob Meaney
Rob recently presented this new talk at ShipITCon '23.
In this talk, Rob will share his experiences of how to use data to guide investments in product, tech debt, quality, operability, etc. Rob will talk about creating the culture, establishing the principles, and enabling practices that support this approach.
