Planning for Performance and Automation - scoping for the most benefit

Automation can be brought into a project or organisation as the curer of all ills and bottle necks, and Performance testing can be stuck on last minute, but what does real scoping and planning look like?

If you (or your organisation) are moving into more of an automated space, if you're thinking about how to make sure performance testing is appropriate and useful, or if you're already there and want to improve what you're doing (or share your success!) please come and join us.

This session will be an open conversation, where you can share as much, or little, as you like in both big and small groups - so hopefully everyone will be comfortable getting involved and learning from each other.
