Join us for the first ever Testing & Quality Recruitment Fair.

Evening Format
There will be sixteen companies exhibiting the roles/careers they have on offer and looking to chat with you about their company.

There will also be several talks throughout the evening, from companies looking to hire, as well as two talks from active testers about their careers and the work they do.

Talks Confirmed

• 5.45pm - Anna McMillan - A Tale of Empowerment, Engagement and OKRs
  A case study of how we transformed the culture and ways of working of an established QAT function, the challenges we faced and overcame. Learn how we identified what was working well for our fledgling engineering function, and how we adapted and extended the strong culture of community and trust across our polar-opposite QAT function. Breaking down siloes, increasing empowerment and engagement, fostering a shared sense of ownership and success as a QAT community.
• 6.00pm - Gabbi Trotter & Ashlea Morgan - Talking Testing
  This talk will include a discussion about what we are doing to add value as a Recruitment Agency within the Test Community. This will cover a debunking of some recruitment myths and highlight what recruiters do behind the scenes.
• 6.15pm - Keith Klein - KPMG
  I'll walk through my career in testing, exploring how I found the roles and what I did to get them. I'll go into the highs and lows and what I learned along the way. To finish, I'll share how testing has evolved over the years from my perspective.
• 6.45 - Jit Gosai - From Test Analyst to Quality Engineer - 20 years in Software Testing

There will also be free drinks available.

Exhibit at the Fair
We are looking for companies who are hiring testing and quality roles as well as recruitment companies who specialise in this area to exhibit at the recruitment fair. You can read the proposal here, we only have 12/16 spaces left at the time of posting this.

This event is being ran alongside TestBash UK, the largest testing conference in the UK.
