This may well be your first day back at work after eating and drinking too much at Xmas so I'm keeping the talk lean and the vibe interactive. Together we will build a Mean Tester and get to know each other better at the same time. We will also play a game focused on acceptance criteria that may help you appreciate the communication skills of the others around you.
About Michael:
"I’m a Senior Test Engineer and I got into testing by accident like most people, around 10 years ago. I started with a tour of the South Notts business park scene before taking the showpiece into the city centre, and I now reside at UNiDAYS HQ on Castle Boulevard. I firmly believe that starting with proactive, clear communication, while encouraging others to interact more often is the basis for a great product. As testers we shouldn’t only validate at the end of the SDLC, we should use our skills to drive the project forward and influence people. We need to encourage meaningful requirements that all stakeholders understand and test awareness in the entire delivery team."
