Manchester STC meetup

This meetup is combined with the North West Tester Gathering (https://www.meetup.com/North-West-Tester-Gathering/events/36825272/) to cover both testing communities.

We have rescheduled the first meetup of the North West Tester Gathering - Manchester, will now take place on the 23th of November (and the 24th).There isn't an agenda yet, however some friends of ours (Michael Bolton, James Whittaker, Adam Knight, Julian Harty, Andrew Kemp and Steve Allott among others) will be joining us from the EuroStar 2011 Conference, and some lively debate to follow.We have the function room available and we have AV equipment too.
