Our Core Mission: A Community for Technical AI Practitioners We are cultivating a dedicated group of active practitioners – experienced software developers, AI engineers, and technical researchers – who are demonstrably coding, experimenting, and building with AI. Our goal is to foster an environment for advanced technical discussion, collaborative development, and shared learning among peers.

Application & Intake Process: To maintain the technical depth and collaborative quality of this group, all prospective members must complete an intake process:

Who This Group IS FOR:

• Experienced Software Developers/Engineers: With a proven track record in software development and a strong interest or active involvement in AI.
• AI/ML Practitioners: Who are hands-on with model development, agent creation, or AI system integration.

• In-depth introductions to each member's technical background and current AI work/research.
• Identifying shared technical interests, challenges, and potential collaborative project areas.
• Collectively defining the ongoing agenda, discussion topics, and format for our deep-dive sessions.

Event Logistics (for Approved Members):

• This is an online event series.
• Meeting links and access to our private communication platform (e.g., Slack/Discord) will be shared with approved members.
• Frequency: Weekly.
