What we’re about
This group is all about conscious and embodied movement and dance for folks in the upper midwest! We like to dance alone or with consenting partners, and in a group with live DJ's. We also promote healing modalities that get us into our bodies, out of our heads like breathwork, yoga, meditation, thai massage, authentic relating, acroyoga, ceremonial cacao, shibari, sound baths, contact improv and drum circles. You should join this group if you want to connect and find these events in the area! Many of these modalities will be explored at The North Star Ecstatic Weekend in Duluth, August 2nd through 4th, 2024. There are no dues or fees to be in the group, however the Duluth weekend will have a registration fee. We are loosely affiliated with Dance Church of Minneapolis, MN.
