Join us for a phonebank training session designed for first-timers and seasoned activists alike—no calls required!
This hands-on workshop will walk you through everything you need to feel confident and prepared for your first (or next!) phonebank shift. We’ll cover:

• What phonebanking is and why it matters
• How our calling tools work
• Tips for effective conversations with voters
• What to expect during a live phonebank

Whether you're brand new or just need a refresher, this training is a great way to get comfortable before making your first call. Come as you are—no experience necessary.
We won’t be making calls during this session so we can take our time, walk through the process step by step, and answer all your questions along the way!

Comrade with community members to find ways to support immigrant neighbors, purchase baked goods, and more! Bring kids for kid-friendly activities, and make protest signs. (Get ready for June 14!) I don’t personally host this event but plan to be there from 1:30 to 2:30.

Feeling nervous, angry or sad about the current federal administration’s increasingly fascist actions, increasing wealth inequality, and lack of checks and balances? Come join community members in the Nokomis neighborhood for a PEACEFUL demonstration of our first amendment rights. This isn't the only place where this event is advertised, so don't worry if there are only a few RSVPs here, we'd love to have you join us! Bring a sign, make sign, or just bring yourself. This is a family friendly and dog friendly event. There is plenty of space on the beautiful median to stand and make your voice heard.
