Minneapolis Salsa & Bachata Meetup Group is a group for dancers both local and from out of town to meet up and dance Salsa & Bachata. Dancing is such fun way to meet people while being active!
We want to create a meetup events that is fun, safe, and enjoyable for anyone who wants to learn salsa and/or bachata, meet people, express themselves through dance, and more!
We have monthly events featuring both local and out of town instructors as well dance socials at night to practice your moves and meet new people. Every event, we have instructors who are talented, live DJ and photographer to make it memorable.

Let's learn to SALSA!!!
Q: Who is this class for?
A: First timers! If you have been thinking about learning salsa and never started until today, we will get you started on basic step so you can start dancing!Q: What will be covered in class?
A: You will learn how to do basic step and how to dance with a partner! AND YOU DON'T NEED A PARTNER to come to the class. We rotate in class so you have a chance to dance with everyone.Q: Will I know how to dance salsa after this class?
A: Not quite but it will be a great really start!Q: How much is the class?
A: It's Free!!!MUST KNOWS
- NO Partner Needed (Come by yourself or bring a partner) we rotate the class, so you'll get to meet everyone
- No Reservations Needed: Drop in / Walk-in
- Meet New People
Although drop-ins are allowed, it's better if you register online beforehand. This will help you save time and make your check-in easier when you come.
*** Free lesson is followed by a 1 hour beginner salsa lessons. While it is a paid class, you can make a night of it AND challenge yourself to learn some moves!
*** Even if there aren't many RSVPs, we have regulars who always attend so come and join us!
