The new "Sunrise on the Reaping" by Suzanne Collins has been released and it's just as riveting as the rest of the series!
Whether you're a hardcore fan or just starting out, this group is also a great way to meet new people. This group is primarily for college aged students looking to connect over books, coffee, and casual conversation. No pressure, no pop quizzes, just good vibes, great discussion, and new friends.
Join us at FRGMNT Coffee (1011 Washington Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55415)(Also known as Open Book) for a fun, laid-back book club where we dive into the newest prequel and let the conversation flow into the rest of the Hunger Games universe.
Objective:
I'm aiming to have at least 3 sessions where we discuss Parts I, II, and III.
Part I: The Birthday
Monday 06/30 (4:00pm to 6:00pm)
Part II: The RascalMonday 07/07 (4:00pm to 6:00pm)
Part III: The Poster (and Epilogue)Monday 07/14 (4:00pm to 6:00pm)
I will prepare some thoughtful questions to lead the group in conversation, after that we will go into open discussion/hangout. This might last around 1.5 to 2 hours. If you do not own a copy of the book there is a well made Audiobook on YouTube for free (who knows how long it will stay there).
