Minnesota river valley: A 7.5-mile hike on Long meadow trail

Start the first weekend of December with a brisk hike along the Minnesota river banks.

We will hike MN river valley along the west bank of the river upto the Cedar avenue bridge. Then we will turn around and hike back for a total of approx. 7.5 miles.

Depending on the weather, trails could be icy/slippery.

Where to meet: Meet us at the entrance to the Bloomington Education and Visitor Center. If the center is open, we will meet inside otherwise we will meet at the main entrance.

Recommend to bring: Water, high-energy snack, dress according to weather. Ice-grippers and hiking poles are recommended for snowy days.

The usual: No Kids, No Dogs, No +1's: Only registered members may attend.
