A witty and suspenseful comedy thriller in the grand tradition of Dial M for Murder and Columbo.
Jeffrey Hatcher’s original mystery, The Butler Did It, takes audiences to a school for butlers that serves the fabulously rich, where a perfect murder has just been committed. The butler did it… but which butler? How? Why? And will the culprit get away with it when an unassuming detective named Inspector Denise is on the case?
Confession: I thought this was the Joe Orton play, "What the Butler Saw." I am delighted to see this new work, however!
