Everything has a price. What is the price of a whole life?
This brilliant, powerful and deeply moving play marked Arthur Miller’s triumphant return to Broadway. The play examines with compassion, humor and rare insight, the relationship of two long-estranged brothers who meet after many years to dispose of their late father’s belongings. But what begins as an estate sale becomes a reckoning with everything they gained, everything they lost, and everything they wish they could change.
For anyone who has ever wondered what might have happened if they had taken a different path, The Price offers a powerful reminder that every life is built from choices—and every choice carries a cost.
