February Meetup: SHAP and Data Viz

Details

A big shout out to General Mills for hosting us and providing us food!

We have two presentations lined up:

  1. Brianna Frederick will present on SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations)

Not all machine learning models are created equal. More advanced methods lead to greater accuracy, but at the expense of interpretability. This talk will discuss how to utilize SHAP to understand and interpret the results of complex machine learning models without sacrificing accuracy or interpretability. We will also compare and contrast SHAP with other interpretability schemes.
