We are starting up two additional mindfulness meditation classes a week. Read on for descriptions and we hope to meditate with you soon!

The ancient wisdom of mindfulness has been supported by scientific research. Studies have found the following benefits for people who have completed mindfulness training and practice mindfulness meditation:

Increased self-awareness, self-trust, and self-acceptance

More accepting attitude toward life and its challenges

Decreased symptoms secondary to cancer

We will be offering mindfulness meditations three times a week in the month of August. Each session is about half an hour. There will be no sharing or talking- only a simple guided meditation. Participants are then welcome to leave or join the teacher for a brief question and answer period. Please enter mindfully and quietly and bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the ground.

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6pm, Thursdays 5:30- 6:00pm, Saturdays 9am-9:30am
