This group is intended for individuals that are interested in accessible, sustainable methods for whole self health. Focus areas for discussion are centered in the mind-body-emotion network and cover areas such as: the mind-body connection, emotion regulation, stress management, mindfulness, spirituality, psychology of the unconscious, and other related health topics.

This group is led by Amy Rena Erickson, MA, MBA, E-RYT, PhD-C. Amy resides in Saint Paul and is a doctoral candidate researching the mind-body connection. She has been providing educational sessions on the topic of health since 2014 and continues to be inspired by the transformative results of this work.
