Welcome to the Minnesota Witches, Wizards, Pagans, and Tantrics Meetup group! This is a community focused on exploring and practicing various spiritual and magical traditions. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just starting on your path, this group offers a place for like-minded individuals to connect, share knowledge, and participate in rituals and workshops. All forms of spiritual, magical, and mystical belief are welcomed. We are closely associated with The Art Dungeon in Newport, MN, where we host most of our classes in Tantra, Tarot, alchemy, ritual magic, and more.

Tantra is a system of beliefs and practices that has been used for thousands of years to establish connection with Divine energy right here in the earthly world. While often mistaken simply as a set of sexual techniques, Tantric teachings encompass a much wider range of ideas.
The Sensual Connections series will emphasize techniques and practices that can be utilized by anyone, with no training or equipment, to increase your ability to utilize the senses to better experience a direct connection with the Divine that exists in physical form in yourself, your partners, friends, and the Universe. Our senses are how we interact with the reality around us and are our most direct pathway to experiencing tht reality directly. Although not emphasizing sexual practices, ways to incorporate these will be discussed.We'll explore a set of Tantric puja (rituals) for training, enhancing, and using the senses. We introduce the ritual work individually and then split into rotating random pairs to work with each other and practice. Afterwards we will go into an open satsang (gathering) to discuss and explore the experiences we had.
We will be burning mild incense during the opening introductory puja so if anyone has scent sensitivity or asthma please let us know so we can use other options.
We host our events at The Art Dungeon! Space is limited so attendance is first-come first-served. Singles, couples, and others are all welcome; partners for practice will be shifted throughout the night so everyone will work with multiple people. By attending, you consent to physical touch with others, such as hand to hand, hand on heart, and hand on back contact. Tantra is inherently a discipline of physical touch.
