Learn all about Vacant Land investing. Our speaker this month is all about investing in land. It's all he does, and he does it well. Friend of the Meet-up and original member Joe Scmitt is going to teach you about the three things he focuses on when investing in land:
- Picking a Market- Where to look for deals
- Marketing Channels- How to get deals (note he shifted his marketing recently)
- Dispositions- How to Monetize the Land
As always, we will have plenty of networking and peer-to-peer conversations. The last meetup had about half the time dedicated to learning from each other.
