Details
Pedal Paddle Pause is a Women in the Wild favorite:
Choose to bike, kayak, hike, or just Pause on this beautiful weekend away.
Mondovi, the idyllic little town in Wisconsin, is approximately an hour and a half from St. Paul, and 1/2 an hour from Wabasha Minnesota on the Mississippi.
Trails for hiking and biking near Mondovi range from 1- 50 miles in length including, Buffalo River State Trail, Canon Valley Trail, Chippewa River State Trail, Duncan Creek Trail, Eau Claire River Trail, and many more.
Water trails include the Zumbro River, Cannon River, Lake Pepin, and Buffalo River.
You can visit the Bald Eagle Center in Wabasha or just paddle the Mississippi and watch them glide overhead,
We will stay at a roomy lodge in Buffalo County, outside of Mondovi WI. So if you choose to "Pause" or when you return from your adventures, there will be accommodations for relaxing, meditating, crafting, and more.
