Midisland Pilots Fly-In: Udvar-Hazy Museum — September 19
Join Midisland Pilots for a fly-in to the Smithsonian’s Udvar-Hazy Center outside Washington, D.C. We’ll depart KISP on the morning of September 19, with the goal of arriving at KIAD around noon and parking at Atlantic Aviation. From there, the FBO will provide transportation to the Udvar-Hazy Museum, where we’ll spend the afternoon exploring one of the world’s great aviation and space collections.

Important note for pilots: Pilots planning to fly this trip under VFR should complete (or review) the FAA’s Washington, D.C. Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA) training before the trip. The applicable FAA Safety Team course is ALC-405 — DC Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA).
