Tashi Delek Friends, Supporters, and Sangha
Our beloved teacher, Lhoppön Rechungpa Rinpoche, resident teacher at the Mipham Shedra Buddhist Meditation Center, has generously decided to introduce two new workshops in January to help us deepen and clarify our meditation practice.
Rinpoche has been teaching meditation for many years, including regular Sunday classes. At Mipham Shedra, we also offer a curriculum with specific meditation requirements. Until now, instruction has primarily been for those who have taken the Refuge and Bodhichitta vows, focusing on Buddhist tradition meditation.

Rinpoche will graciously offer two workshops on January 4 and 18, 2026, from 9 am to 4 pm MT, open to all students. On January 18, Rinpoche will provide brief guidance on specific Buddhist meditation practices, followed by extended periods of silent meditation. There will also be question-and-answer periods during the workshop. Rinpoche will encourage participants to reflect on their current meditation practice and prepare questions about areas where they feel confused or unclear.

For more information about Resident Teacher – Lhoppön Rechungpa Rinpoche, please visit our page here[: https://miphamshedra.org/teacher/](https://miphamshedra.org/teacher/).

Rinpoche urges everyone to attend in person or via Zoom, as this is a rare opportunity to receive detailed instruction and support for your meditation practice and to have lingering questions answered by our beloved teacher.
