Miracle and Oracle are cohosting a whole day of AI goodness. The focus is on real world experiences, you will not want to miss this!

This is a full-day event where focus in the morning will be on the business potential with AI. You will learn from a customer how to leverage AI in application development and get an overview of the key AI capabilities of Oracle Cloud.

We will introduce you to the most important updates from this year's Cloud World conference in Las Vegas.

The afternoon session is focused on technical content, showing how to implement AI. We will go through how to implement a RAG solution and AI application development with APEX.

We welcome participants to join only the morning session, or only the afternoon session based on your interests and availability.

• Build your own RAG solution

Retrieval Augmented Generation is a hot topic in Generative AI solutions, helping LLM's to base their output on company's own data or in-house documents. In the new database version 23ai, Oracle has added the new VECTOR datatype that enables similarity searches inside the database with the new Oracle AI Vector Search feature.
We will demonstrate how to use the Vector Search and Large Language Models using Oracle APEX.

• Knowledge Graph + RAG

Oracle Database is leading Converged Database. A Converged Database is a database that, in addition to relational data, has native support for all modern data types including Vectors, Graph, Spatial, JSON and XML.
In this presentation we will showcase how Knowledge Graphs make the RAG solutions to give even more exact answers to questions on company data. The Graphs are built from PDF documents using Generative AI and then utilized in RAG workflows.

• Quick start your application development using QuickSQL + APEX AI

Business Analysts often use Excel to define what tables and columns are needed by a new application. We have developed a way to generate all the needed database objects from the Excel definitions, utilizing Oracle QuickSQL and APEX. Then the AI-features of the latest APEX version 24.1 can be used to generate the application to maintain the data.

Spatial data has been in Oracle's database for years. We will demonstrate how it can be used in an APEX application that tracks the movement of ships in Baltic Sea and uses Gen AI to get more information of them.
