OPEN YOUR HEART MEDITATION:
This class includes a Sound Journey, a Heart Chakra Opening Meditation, Distance Reiki Healing and an Angel Card Reading

After lying down in a luxurious meditation bed, you will be given a warm neck wrap, a warm eye mask and a Selenite Crystal Wand to hold. Class will begin with a soothing Sound Journey that will include Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and and other high vibrational instruments.

Next, you will listen to a Guided Meditation that will help you tune into your Heart Chakra so that you can identify and energetically remove any blockages. You will engage in a powerful visualization that will allow you to heal parts of your heart chakra that have been emotionally damaged by previous trauma, betrayal or loss.

During the Guided Meditation, you will receive a Distance Reiki Healing, from Reiki Master – Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will allow divine light and love to flow through your body, bringing you feelings of peace and joy. This class also includes an Angel Card Reading to provide you with an inspiring message from your Guardian Angel.
