CLASS DESCRIPTION:
THIS CLASS INCLUDES A SOUND JOURNEY, GUIDED MEDITATION, ANGEL CARD READING & DISTANCE REIKI HEALING.

When you arrive, you will lie back in a luxurious meditation bed as your senses are soothed with relaxing music and beautiful lights. You will be given a warm eye mask and neck wrap that are infused with essential oils and herbs. You will also be given a citrine crystal to hold during this meditation. Citrine is a crystal that helps to awaken and balance your Solar Plexus Chakra, which is the chakra associated with self-confidence and personal power.

Class will begin with a Sound Journey. This Sound Journey will include various high vibrational instruments, such as Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Chimes. After the Sound Journey, you will be guided through a meditation that will help you tune in to your authentic self. You will be encouraged to believe in yourself and the dreams inside of your heart. You will receive guidance from your Guardian Angels that helps you to to feel confident, courageous, motivated and powerful.

Everyone who attends this class will receive an Angel Card Reading and a Distance Reiki Healing from Reiki Master, Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will infuse the light and love of God into your aura and can bring you a feeling of peace.
