Why This Workshop Exists
Throughout the world we live in, people often never experience their full potential or even a joyful life for that matter. Often people lose their joy to time constraints, their happiness to stress, then at the end of the day lack fulfilment and success.

The mission Kathryn and Alena embarked on were to fill the gap between one’s reality and their future desired self. Kathryn and Alena formed a strategic alliance 7 years ago. They have since been generating results for their business and their client’s businesses.

Though Kathryn’s many successes, she delivers creative ideas, execute strategy, and instils confidence in everyone around her. Alena’s strengths lay in her understanding of people and the mind. She uses her skills to help others tap into their true potential and rid limiting beliefs.
