What we’re about
The Meetup's 3500+ members represent a wide range of ages and skiing/snowboarding abilities. Both singles and couples are welcome. We have both events and trips - the perfect opportunity to meet new friends!
The club is based in New York City, with members from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Long Island, New Jersey, and many other places all around the NY Metropolitan area.
I also use this group to let you know about events run by the Miramar Ski Club, which I am a member of. Joining this group and joining that club are not the same thing. It is a non-profit club, and I don't make any money off of your trips. I do, however, get the opportunity to share my love of skiing (and I am accepting of snowboarders!) with others who share this interest.

RSVP'ing here is just a way of telling other meetup group members that you plan to attend an event, but in the case of trips, you must contact the Event Leader to formally register.

of Cycling, Running, and other Summer Adventures.Farm to Fork Fondo has a choice of four scenic bike rides for all levels,
each thoughtfully designed to include farm stops featuring fresh,
locally sourced snacks to fuel your ride.5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon available. 7am start near The Mad Taco,
finish near Shaw's. All courses pass the lodge about 1 mile from
start and finish.Hop on the bus and stow your bike with the luggage below for
a perfect weekend for both bikers and runners! Sunday, July 13th,
is the Farm to Fork Fondo and the Mad Marathon.Stay at the Miramar Lodge and participate in an event that offers something
for every cyclist and food lover or run the world's most beautiful marathon.
Enjoy Chef Matthew's prepared meals, included in your stay.Please note each event requires advanced sign-up not included in the trip fee.
In addition to cycling, there’s a ton of access to local hiking, sailing, kayaking,
canoeing and tubing all a short distance from the lodge for those looking
for other activities.Guests are more than welcome to join us.
