As we progress in our career, there'll come a moment when we ask ourselves - “Should I move on to managing people now, or keep working on my craft?”.

Three Mironeers will share their personal stories on moving between individual contributor and manager tracks. These talks reflect on how our identities as designers go beyond our job titles. In true collaborative spirit, the meetup will make space for reflection and conversation.
