About us
I have built a couple of small telescopes and am partway through building a couple more, and I would love to connect with others who enjoy making things for looking at the sky. Maybe you have built scopes before, maybe you have always wanted to give mirror grinding a try, or maybe you would just like to look through something homemade and learn how it works. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.
The idea is to get together to share projects, tools, and practical know-how, and to actually use what we build when the weather cooperates. I do not have a big workshop or a formal program, just an interest in learning from each other and making progress together. Bring a project if you have one, questions if you do not, and join me for some good conversation about telescopes and the night sky.
