Winter Wellness: Snowshoeing for the soul

Details
Join us for a unique and rejuvenating adventure focused on healing, connection, and nature. This group is dedicated to creating a supportive and peaceful space where we can heal together through the power of movement, the beauty of the outdoors, and shared mindfulness. Our snowshoeing journey will be an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world, while embracing the therapeutic benefits of nature and physical activity.
Whether you’re seeking to release stress, find clarity, or simply enjoy the serenity of the winter landscape, this adventure is a chance to reset and renew.
Come as you are—no experience necessary. All are welcome to join this healing journey in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Let’s create a space where healing happens, one step at a time.
We will meet at the Hessie Trailhead off County Road 130 (see location). This is a 4 mile, out & back trail with 830 feet elevation gain and is classified as moderate by All Trails (I recommend the app if you don't have it!). This trail is known for it's beautiful views, peaceful lake and wildlife sightings. Please bring all necessary equipment, including snowshoes or spikes, warm clothing, etc.
