Sorry about the name. The group members should like to share their experiences gained from following mindfulness in their life for the benefit of others (For eg. How do they practice mindful eating, mindful listening etc. and how have they benefitted them). They can also discuss the challenges they face. They must also be practicing meditation where they consider happiness to be associated with experiences of their mind (thoughts and feelings). Interest in getting to know about breathing practices, pranayama, swara yoga is welcome. All practical methods that will help to transform experiences of mind can be discussed
