About us
A book club to reignite, nurture or introduce you to reading and discussing captivative literature. Extra-ordinary simply implies that we are not necessarily exceptional readers and conversationalits but this group is intended for readers that love storytelling and love discussion. At the beginning of each "Book Cycle" each member will petition their book/play/essay/article and we will choose at random. If for any reason a member dislikes the reading material, they can opt to read a similar text to reference during discussion. Discussions are held for the upcoming Saturday Morning upon completion of the "Book Cycle". Appropriate outings for discussion are welcomed to anyone willing to participate i.e Book Cycle: Alice in Wonderland has discussion in the Botanical Garden. This book club is meant to breed an environment of wonder and introspection. If that sounds like you or the you you want to be, please join! Spanning across all genres and mediums: let's explore all of what the world of words has to offer!
IMPORTANT NOTE: This book club does excludes discrimnatory, sexually explicit, horror, and/or overtly religious/spirtual/political texts.
