Hatha Yoga Class

This course is suitable for all levels - beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.

My classes begin with a short meditation followed by an asana practice, with a deep relaxation at the end of the class. I place particular emphasis on the meditative and philosophical aspect of yoga - this is a "pure" yoga which will leave you feeling balanced and relaxed.

I studied with Lalit Kumar at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Cork, Ireland Certified Yoga Alliance
