Welcome to Saturday Morning With Nature, a community for those seeking calm, connection, and clarity through mindful walks, breathwork, and nature immersion.

Each week, we gather for peaceful Saturday morning experiences in beautiful natural settings in Mississauga. Our sessions begin with an optional guided breathing exercise (Dhyana) to help ground the body and mind, followed by a gentle, scenic nature walk designed to refresh your spirit and restore balance.
Whether you're looking to de-stress, connect with like-minded individuals, or simply enjoy some fresh air and movement, this group offers a warm, welcoming space to do just that.
